A short 15 min drive will have you in the heart of downtown Palm Springs.This brand new construction, 3 bdr home is the perfect spot to come enjoy your next vacation. Tastefully decorated, new comfortable furniture, a fully set up indoor game room, & a huge backyard with outdoor games will be sure to keep you & your guests entertained!
Brand new construction home. New comfortable furniture and beds, new appliances. POOL/SPA: There is a daily charge of $100/day for both pool and spa heat (pool heating to 84 degrees and spa up to 104 degrees). For spa only is $35/day. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. Spa only takes 15 - 20 mins to heat up. If you need pool heated, especially upon your arrival, let me know in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Payment can be via Airbnb or another form of payment. PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please close umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly.

House Rules

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request or request will NOT BE VALIDATED. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. Guest access Guests will have entire use of the home and property. Other things to note Pet fee is $200. After your stay, $150 will be refunded, provided no mess or damage. Propane for firepit and grill will be provided.
