  THE VILLA:
  The Casa: 4 King Size Beds, 2 Queen, 1 Double, 3 Roll Away beds. 14 Max adults. Children are welcome as additional occupants. (For a total of 17 Absolute Max)

  As you cross the threshold of this magnificent Querencia home, you will discover extensive Rosa Morada wooden framed doors and windows that illuminate the entire villa. Enormous open concept rooms with an eclectic array of modern furnishings, original art, double-height ceilings, and Bellagio-style skylights that all come together under American Douglas Pine exposed wooden beam ceilings.

  There is plenty of relaxing and fun amenities in this villa. Offering state of the art cinema room, karaoke, large black tile infinity pool, full size gym, and multiple jacuzzis. All encapsulated by patio’s overlooking the desert garden landscaping. The villa also offers an avant-garde audio system throughout providing a seamless music listening experience.

  VILLA LAYOUT :
  Casa Wood offers 4 bedroom in the main home plus 2 guest houses.

  – Primary bedroom has a king size bed, double en suite, bath tub surrounded by pocket doors opening to the completely private patio with Japanese cedar ofuro soaking tub (jacuzzi type of tub without bubbles).
  -Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds and a double en suite with interior and (completely private) exterior shower, private terrace with loungers.
  -Bedroom 3 has a king bed and double en-suite (bath tub and shower) patio with pool view terrace.
  -Bedroom 4 has a king bed, double ensuite bathroom with interior and (completely private) exterior shower, garden view terrace.
  -Guest house 1 has a king bed, double en-suite, with 2 showers indoors, bath tub, exterior shower, private plunge pool with fountain, private terrace with large sunbed.
  -Guest house #2 has 1 double murphy bed, single bathroom (shower), plus full kitchenette: with a stove, fridge, microwave.
  All the bedrooms are large (except the Guest house #2). So if you need us to set up rollaway beds as regular beds, we can definitely assist. Please let me know how we can accommodate you best. I am in Cabo and can go to the property and take extra photos if needed as well as happy to help with anything else that needs clarification.

  Additional Two half bathrooms: one situated near the main living area of the home, and one by the main pool area.

  OUTDOOR AREAS:
  Magical roof top terrace, offering stunning ocean and golf course views. Complete with fireplace, and table with fire feature. The perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, or take advantage of the oversized sun beds perfect for enjoying a night under the stars or catching the perfect tan!

  The main living area completely opens to a large covered terrace with dining table, bbq, sitting area, and bar. This terrace really feels like an extension of the main living area. From there step down to the pool area with multi level infinity pool and large jacuzzi. Pool area also features a large pagoda with yet another wood burning fireplace, the perfect place to spend an evening with friends around the fire. You will find this property has many patios, terraces, and sun beds spread throughout, providing many options of areas to gather with friends and family, or little hideaways to take it all in. Your own private sanctuary to share with those closest to you at your dream Cabo villa.

  VILLA DESCRIPTION:
  Casa Wood master bedroom boasts a breath taking view of the Sea of Cortez. A massive en-suite and walk-in closet, the ensuite features pocket doors which open the bath tub area upto the completely private terrace. The terrace off the master en-suite is accessible only from the master bedroom or master en-suite, and features a Pilates and Yoga Area, as well as a Japanese Cedar Soaking tub complete with water feature.

  Entering through the grand front door opens out to the substantial main room, which offers a marble top chefs kitchen, living and dinning room with a modern centre fireplace. Stunning wooden pocket doors reveal a luxury terrace that beckon you to enjoy the majestic views.

  The kitchen features marble Countertops and an island with seating for 4. A Subzero fridge, Viking, and Wolf appliances. 2 dishwashers, an eight-burner stove with dual ovens and griddle. Take advantage of the butler pantry with gorgeous natural skylights, service fridge, microwave oven, sink, and a 16-bottle wine chiller.

  You will then step into a large pool terrace complete with dinning table, seating for 6, a full bar with a Viking Ice-maker, Viking drawer fridges. Also featuring a dual level Wolf propane BBQ, with an infrared grilling feature.

  The Guest Suites are just as lovely and comfortable, with sliding doors and floor-to-ceiling windows, private ensuites, walk-in closets, large bath tubs, outdoor showers, and private wooden pergola terraces. Each Guest Suite features private outdoor seating area.

  The stunning Private Casita offers a stunning wrap-around Plunge Pool (which doubles as a jacuzzi), King Size Bed, Walk-in Closet, Ensuite with His and Hers showers, His & Hers sinks, Ceramic Tub, two private Pergola Terraces, and an Outdoor shower!

  Retreat to your sunset rooftop terrace, which offers a gas fireplace, fire table with seating for 12, and large sunbed. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while you soak in the incredible views of Casa Wood.

  Casa Wood also features three other outdoor gathering areas, a small orchard overlooking the driving range, a courtyard seating area with fireplace, and an outdoor pagoda next to the main pool with wood burning/gas fire place, which is a great place to gather with family and have a camp like fire.

  Casa Wood offers a well-equipped fitness room that provides air conditioning, flatscreen tv, water chiller, Rogue Squat Stand, Rogue Monster Rack, Precor USA ICARIAN LINE Functional Training System, Rogue Monster Weights, Rogue Foam Pylo Boxes, Rogue Weight Station with Kettlebells, Ballistas, and Dumbbells, Rogue Chalk Station, Professional Gym Flooring and spectacular soundproof windows facing the main entrance.

  LOCATION:
  *Palmilla Beach is a 6 minute drive / 40 minute walk.
  *The Villa is located approximately 5 minutes away from Iconic “Zippers” & Sardinia Cantina
  *Costa Azul Beach and Cabo Surf Hotel Best surf spot in Los Cabo – when renting CasaWood you have private beach access to Costa Azul Beach with valet parking.
  *10 mins to San Jose Del Cabo and art district.
  *25 mins to Cabo.
  *Over 10kms of professionally designed hiking and biking trails within the community.
  *Restaurants, boutiques, grocery store, beaches, golf and tennis within 5mins
  *One & Only: Access to the restaurants, bars, spa and golf course at the neighboring Palmilla Beach (6 minute drive / 40 Minute walk)

  There are 7 Beach Chairs, and 2 beach umbrellas available for your use as well as a cooler for your cold foods and beverages.

  POOL|SPA:
  Pool: $150/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
  Spa only: $45/daily to 102 degrees.
  Plunge Pool: $75-$100/daily depending on the desired temperature.
  SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
  Gas prices are at an all time high, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

  **Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

  EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: We understand, especially when arriving from or heading to the airport, there is nothing worse then having to wait around to check in or catch a flight. For that reason we are happy to accommodate early checkins and late check outs whenever possible at NO additional cost! However, this is not always possible due to cleaners schedule or checkin/checkout of other guests. We appreciate your understanding!

  STAFF:
  Our dedicated full time staff work exclusively for this Villa. They have served CasaWood for many years while the owners (former top executives in Canada and USA) resided at this property creating loyalty, knowledge and utmost care. Staff will be on property daily (excluding Holidays)

  Looking for fun activities to enjoy in Mexico! We have a local artist who offers Painting Classes in all mediums! From watercolor and standard drawing, to acrylic and oil paintings, even ceramics! Our artist can accommodate parties for adults, children, friends and more. Even smaller groups or private lessons for 1-2 guests.   House Manager (Sandy) is able to assist with all sorts of reservations, from ATV rental, horse and camel rides, boat and sail cruises, Private Chefs, Private Transportation, and much more.

  GUEST ACCESS
  – Guests have access to the Villa & 2 Guest Houses.
  – Guests do not have access to the 3 Car Garage (Private Storage Area).
  – Guests do not have access to Querencia Community amenities, as membership is required.
  **20 people max at the house at any given time (including the Max 17 overnight guests) is the maximum amount allowed without incurring an event charge **All Guests need to be registered with security 24hrs in advance** Event Fees can be provided upon request and increase with the number of guests attending**This fee is to cover additional wear and tear on the property**

  SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK (“Waiver & Release”) In utilizing the swimming pool amenities (“pool”), you Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver, And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees And licensees (collectively, “Pool Area Users”) might Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities Connected with and associated with the pool. I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool (“Pool Rules”). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, “landlord”) retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users’ Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord; 2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys’ fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users’ use of the pool, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users’ use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State of California. I have read and fully understand the above important information, the potential dangers incidental to using the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose to use the Pool.
