Tranquil Desert Escape home with private pool and spa. This cozy single story 3 bed/2 bath gated home is located on a quiet street. Sleeps 8 people. Master bedroom features a king sized bed and private bathroom with a tub. A Queen bed is in second bedroom, and a queen pull out sofa in the 3rd. 2 rollaway beds are also available. Nightstands are equipped with phone chargers and USB ports.
Living room area is open concept, vaulted ceilings, and custom touches.
House Rules
Please note: the surcharge for pool heat with complimentary spa is $75/day to heat to 83 degrees, and $100 to heat to 86 degrees. For spa heat alone, it is $25/day. We kindly ask for any pool requests to be made 24 hours prior to the arrival dates. These fees are our true costs, as gas is at an all time high. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small business.
***We are also pet friendly at this property and kindly ask for a pet deposit fee in advance prior to check in. The pet deposit fee is $200 per pet, and $150 will be returned back to our guests upon checkout so long as there is no messes/damage left behind on our properties.***
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request or request will NOT BE VALIDATED. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.
