  The space
  Welcome to our Coachella I Estate retreat where all of your vacation wants and needs are met. You’ll feel warm light pour through the open layout as you make your way through this expansive, recently renovated 3,600 of beautiful living space. **MINIMUM RENTAL AGE:21**

  KITCHEN/LIVING:
  The kitchen is fully equipped with various gadgets such as food processor, blenders etc and plenty of dishware for large groups, all that and more will exceed all of your culinary expectations. The white and bright kitchen that is airy and spacious, with plenty of space for all your culinary aspirations will encourage you to stay in the kitchen.

  OUTDOOR LIVING:
  Venture out to the outdoor patio for the fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. The pool and spa are newly constructed, updated patio furniture and BBQ, fire pit and plenty of outdoor games, will make outdoor living a pure enjoyment. All of your guests will be comfortable with ample outdoor seating complete with dining set, lounging set, lounges, comfortable loveseats and plenty of seating also by the firepit. For those who decide to stay up a little later, the fire pit is a perfect feature with which to wind down the day. The spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of exploring.

  POOL|SPA:
  Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
  Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
  Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

  GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
  This home also features billiards, foosball, shuffle board, ample board games (over a dozen + card & drinking games) and outdoor games such a corn hole, ladder toss, volleyball and badminton.

  BEDROOMS/BATHS:
  The 6 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 4.5 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house and know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. Complementary cable and Netflix is included. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included.
  This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

  Bedroom 4 / 2x Queen
  Bedroom 5 / 1 King
  Bedroom 6/ 1 King

  We have queen blow up mattresses or rollaway beds if additional bedding is needed, please let us know in advance.

  PARKING:
  We have 6 parking spots in the driveway. Please no parking on the street.

  ELECTRICITY:
  During the summer months, guests are required to cover electricity fees used during their stays.

  PETS:
  If pets are accompanying guests during their stays, there is a one time pet deposit fee of $1,000 for any pet related cleaning or damage coverage. Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations.

  EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
  If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out are only available upon request or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate, $75 fee applies if late check-out is granted.

  Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests discount for monthly stays.

  Your stay is completed with 24 hour concierge and a very responsive owner who does not hesitate to ensure your stay is at most comfort and pleasure.

  PLEASE NOTE: our Coachella II Estate is located 2 min walk from this estate, joint buyout is possible upon availability. Also, please check out our other sister properties if you are looking for something different. We will gladly accommodate you and your group.

  CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could start pool towels, put your trash in the trash area and start dishwasher. Thank you so much. We look forward hosting you.

  CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
  Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

  FESTIVALS:
  Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

  Other things to note
  If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.

  **Cancellation policy for Festivals (Coachella weekend 1 and 2 as well as Stagecoach): Reservations are non refundable after booking. Thank you.***

  Please Note: The desert can be extremely windy. To avoid damage and injury, please close umbrellas when not in use. Thank you, kindly.
