  The space
  POOL|SPA:
  Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee). Monthly discounts are available or guests can choose to heat up specific days only and pay just for them.
  Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
  Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

  **Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
  ***note that this property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Monday and Thursday.

  GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
  This home also features in the game room ping pong, billiards, poker table, card table, board games and air hockey table. Outdoors you will find giant connect 4, ladder toss and cornhole and net for volleyball/badminton and of course completed with pool and spa .

  BEDROOMS/BATHS:
  The bedroom configurations are as follows:
  Bedroom 1 / 1 King full bath large ensuite (shower+tub+vanity+toilet)
  Bedroom 2 / 1 Queen with full bath off the hallway (shower+vanity+toilet)
  Bedroom 3 / 1 Queen with full bath off the hallway shares with bedroom
  Bedroom 4 / 1 Queen with full bath off the hallway (shower/tub+vanity+toilet)
  Bedroom 5 /2 Twins

  Queen Air Mattresses/Rollaway beds are available upon request, prior to check-in.

  CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
  Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

  PARKING:
  We have 2 parking spots in the driveway and 3 along the property on the street. Please do not block the sidewalk when parking in the large driveway as city has a right to issue a fine. If more cars are needed to accommodate than the specification above, please inquire prior as we would have to check with neighbors in advance or consider car pooling.
  PETS:
  For service or emotional support animals, please ensure to reach out to us first prior to booking.
  EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
  If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

  FESTIVALS:
  Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable.

  CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

  Your stay is completed with 24 hour concierge and a very responsive owner who does not hesitate to ensure your stay is at most comfort and pleasure. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to host you!
