This desert home has an ambiance that is quiet and secluded, so you can rest, relax and leave the loud city behind. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the spa or make memories while grilling a delicious dinner on the bbq. This aesthetically pleasing home has it all. Close to the Azure Day Spa and Cafe and Long Canyon Trail minutes away which allows you to hike into Joshua Tree National Park. Across the street is nature with mountain views all around.

House Rules
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
PARKING:
There are 5 parking spaces available at the home. We do not permit street parking. Please note, there is not an EV charger at this property.
POOL/SPA:
There is a daily charge of $100/day for both pool and spa heat (pool heating to 84 degrees and spa up to 104 degrees). For spa only is $35/day. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. This pool takes 3 days to heat, so we will need 72 hours notice, if heat is needed. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. If you need pool heated, especially upon your arrival, let me know in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Payment can be via Airbnb or another form of payment.
We need 72 hours payment/notice, to have the pool warm (84 F) and ready upon your arrival.
Important notice for Jacuzzi Operation: Jacuzzi will reach up to 104 degrees. The jacuzzi must be turned off to resume pool heating, only adults to operate jacuzzi controls. Please put up all pool float toys when not in use or it may tamper with heating mechanism.
PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out

We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you.

SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ("Waiver & Release") In utilizing the swimming pool amenities ("pool"), you Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver, And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees And licensees (collectively, "Pool Area Users") might Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities Connected with and associated with the pool. I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool ("Pool Rules"). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users' Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord; 2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State of California. I have read and fully understand the above important information, the potential dangers incidental to using the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose to use the Pool.
