This stunning property is a great entertainment property for families & groups alike. This villa is nearly 3400 square feet, with 4 bedroom and 3.5 baths. This property is unique as it offers a lot of privacy for guests, which can be perfect for extended family or groups. The main home has a primary bedroom with large walk in closest a very large en suite and living areas. The other bedrooms are located in 2 separate guest houses that are attached to main house but are separate entrances. One has one bedroom and an en suite. The second guest room has a bedroom that shares a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

Utilities included, except for pool and spa which will be billed separately if desired, monthly charge is $499 for 83F or $599 for 85F. Alternatively, $50/day for pool and spa or spa only $25/day. A minimum of 24 hours notice needs to be given for full to fully heat up and payment have to be provided prior. Thank you.
