Note the property has a completely sectioned and fenced off office at the back of the 1 acre lot which cannot be seen from the backyard. The office is and vehicle storage is for a pool building and maintenance business.

  📍 Coachella, Stagecoach, and other festival weekends: Reservations are non-refundable after booking. This helps guarantee your stay during high-demand dates.

  By using the pool and outdoor amenities, guests assume all risks associated with water activities and outdoor recreation. You agree to follow posted guidelines, supervise all children, and accept full responsibility for any injuries, loss, or property damage during your use of the pool and estate spaces.
  NOTE: No diving, no horseplay or running by the pool, no lifeguard on site unless hired separately, no glassware by or in the pool.

  This includes indemnifying and releasing the host from liability for any such claims. This waiver remains in effect throughout your booking and applies under California law.
