  The space

  BEDROOMS/BATHS:
  The 4 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 3 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their down time here. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included.
  This home features comfortable beds all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

  Bedroom 1 (Lower floor) / 1 Queen and futon (full bath off the hallway)
  Bedroom 2 (Upper level) / 1 Queen with en-suite full bathroom with a tub+ balcony
  Bedroom 3 (Upper level)/ 2 Queen (shares a full bathroom with Bdr 4, Jack and Jill style
  Bedroom 4 (Upper level)/ Daybed trundle (lower bed is single in the trundle) plus 2 sofa foldout beds

  Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in.

  POOL|SPA:
  Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee). Spa heating is included with the pool heating fee.
  Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

  Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
  **Pool heating starts mid September, ending mid to end of May, after that pools are warm naturally.

  PARKING:
  We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway.

  PETS:
  We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit, per pet, is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet’s stay.

  EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
  If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

  FESTIVALS:
  Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable.

  CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

  Your stay is completed with 24 hour concierge and a very responsive owner who does not hesitate to ensure your stay is at most comfort and pleasure.
