  The space

  Come on down, weekday specials, reach out! If you see unavailable dates, that means we will gladly accommodate you with 80+ different sister homes available in the area, we should have something for every desire and budget. Reach out, we will gladly help. <3.

  This is a great place to come and enjoy time away from home. The home has a gameroom and is big enough to not have to go anywhere else and is also really close to other big attractions. The Living Desert Zoo, Knott’s Water Park, Cabazon, Morongo Casino, music festivals, great restaurants, community parks, etc are also within minutes of our home.

  The home is newly renovated and redecorated with desert scapes keeping in mind. The space is bright and inviting with a feeling of relaxation. You can do yoga (mats are provided) on one of the balconies or in the front yard or at the same time have some fun playing sports with balls, rackets and all that you would need provided. The gameroom is completed with bar fridge, board games, pool table and foosball table, the couch is a pullout queen sofa bed where you can stretch out and unwind while watching a movie or sports (smart tv, Netflix, Apple TV and cable).

  POOL|SPA:
  Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)

  Resort Access:
  There is plenty of resorts all around this villa. Miramonte in Indian Wells, which is only 10 mins from the house, 4.5 miles is our favorite but reach out for more recommendations if needed. They have fantastic spa with classes and amazing grounds. Our other favorite is JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa, access to the grounds is free but services is additional. Try out one of the spa treatments, take a boat to Rockwood Restaurant, enjoy their outdoor spa bistro overlooking golf course or take a walk along beautiful grounds with mini water features with real flamingoes and so much more.

  Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
  Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one is not. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
  Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
  **Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.

  PETS:
  Pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers as well. Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no mess is left behind, $150 is refunded to your credit card and $50 goes towards your pet’s stay. Please let us know you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

  KID FRIENDLY HOME:
  Please note, we provide kids dishes, outlet plugs, pack and play, high chair, there is some kids games. Please reach out in advance if you plan to use those amenities, so our manager can leave it out for you and your family. We also partnered with local kids store and rental company, if you need a crip (we provide pack and play for free) but cribs, car seat, stroller, safety gates or any other items, please reach out and request in advance, we will connect you with them for pricing and kindly help to arrange all you need for your arrival.

  Portable fans: Please ask if you need some portable fans in advance. Please note, most rooms have fans in the ceiling build-in. AC works great as well.

  EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
  If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

  PARKING:
  Parking in the driveway. Or on the street by empty lot or grey house, Absolutley no street parking at any time.

  CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

  FESTIVALS:
  Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

  SISTER PROPERTIES:
  Please check out our other 80+ sister properties if you are looking for something different. We will gladly accommodate you and your group.

  FIREWORKS:
  fireworks of all kinds are prohibited at all times in the desert, due to the fire danger. Please ensure not to bring them to the property.

  RESPONSIBLE RENTING:
  We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you.

  Guest access
  The entire property: villa, front yard, back yard and side yard, all.

  Other things to note
  Dear guest, you have a choice, 6th bedroom serves as a game room fully. Or if you are wanting extra sleeping arrangement, there is a pullout queen sofa bed there. It is a big room and has full bath just outside of it, another half bath and laundry room is also located on that floor. Thank you.

  **Cancellation policy for Festivals (Coachella weekend 1 and 2 as well as Stagecoach): Reservations are non refundable after booking. Thank you.***

  PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please closes umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly
