  The space

  Brand new construction home, with 2 others on the same street if larger groups wanted to stay together. Thoughtfully chosen furniture and decor, for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and other bathroom is located between the other bedrooms.

  **Air mattresses are also available upon request, prior to check in.**

  POOL|SPA:
  Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
  Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
  Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
  Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
  This home has a saltwater pool.
  **Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.

  PETS:
  We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards first pet’s stay and $25 thereafter.

  EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
  If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.

  CHECKOUT DUTIES:
  If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

  City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance for Short- Term Rentals:
  Music is allowed only indoors. It must be kept at a level that cannot be heard outdoors. It cannot be audible at the property line or front of the house.
  After 10pm quiet hours. Please ensure zero music outside and human noise to absolute minimum.
  Occupancy of max 6 overnight and additional 4 people in the daytime.
  Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions.
  If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 10pm charge to the guest.
  Please do know we do not micromanage and want you and your group/family have an amazing time and give you full privacy but these have to be observed.

  CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
  Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

  FESTIVALS:
  Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

  Guest access

  Guests will have entire use of home and property.

  Other things to note

  Pet fee is $200. After your stay, $150 will be refunded, provided no mess or damage.

  Propane for firepit and grill will be provided.

  **Cancellation policy for Festivals (Coachella weekend 1 and 2 as well as Stagecoach): Reservations are non refundable after booking. Thank you.***

  The desert can be extremely windy. Please close umbrellas to avoid damage and injury when not in use.

  Per City ordinance, music outdoors must be played via cell phone or laptop level, and quiet outdoor hours after 10 pm.
