Villa Lago Breeza is located on the famous Terra Lago Lake in Indio, close to Coachella Grounds (Empire Pollo Grounds). This beautiful home has just been fully upgraded with no expenses spared! All furnishings are new. Great view of beautiful park with the lake from living room. Great for playing some sports, having a picnic or simply enjoying the beauty. There is also a fantastic public golf course in the HOA that you can enjoy and a beautiful kids park.

POOL/SPA: There is a daily charge of $100/day for both pool and spa heat (pool heating to 84 degrees and spa up to 104 degrees). For spa only is $35/day. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. Spa only takes 15 - 20 mins to heat up. If you need pool heated, especially upon your arrival, let me know in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Payment can be via Airbnb or another form of payment. Monthly discount on spa heating. GATE: Guests will need to kindly provide first and last names of adult guests in order to be able to go through the community gate. To kindly do so anytime up to 24 hours before. PARKING: We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway. If you have additional car, you cannot park it anywhere on the street, please reach out to us in advance. HOA only issues extra 10 street permits a month/property and we have to order in advance to accommodate the extra vehicle. They are available only upon availability. HOA will fine all the vehicles parked on the street after 9.30pm. All parking fines will be billed to the guests, no exceptions. Please plan for 4 vehicles, larger vehicles parking in the driveway. We do not want any inconvenience to you and here to help you, please reach out if you have any questions.

CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requestsgrass Augusr 27th completion are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. FESTIVALS: Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect. SISTER PROPERTIES: Please check out our other 65+ sister properties if you are looking for something different. We will gladly accommodate you and your group. FIREWORKS: fireworks of all kinds are prohibited at all times in the desert, due to the fire danger. Please ensure not to bring them to the property. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee. RESPONSIBLE RENTING: We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you. Other things to note If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.
