  • Nightly rates include 20% government tax.
  • Groups exceeding 16 guests are subject to an additional $150 USD per person, per night (maximum occupancy: 24 guests).
  • All-male groups require a refundable security deposit via bank wire. Deposit amounts vary based on group size and are refunded within three business days after departure, provided no damages occur.
  • Christmas reservations (7 nights) must end on or before December 28.
  • New Year’s reservations (7 nights) must begin on or after December 26.
