Tranquility awaits! This newly upgraded three bedroom, three bath home is located on 10 acres right in the heart of Joshua Tree. Throughout the home you’ll enjoy the simple yet thoughtful touches that slowly transform your busy thoughts into a relaxed, meditative state. Conveniently located 20 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, 13 miles from black rock nature center & 8 miles from local grocery stores.
Welcome to Moonlight Mesa Ranch! It’s the ideal place to meditate, perfect your yoga flow, escape the hustle & bustle of the city or settle in for a night of stargazing. On a clear night you can enjoy the incredible sights of the Milky Way while you relax in the large 10 person spa or schedule your getaway around the next meteor shower (The Lyrid meteor shower occurs between April 16-25 every year and will peak on the night of April 22, 2023).
The yard is featured on a sprawling 10 acres, with a large 50ft pool in the backyard. The patio is equipped with built in, top of the line speakers so you can take your pool & spa experience to the next level.
The interior touches are perfectly thought out to make your stay as comfortable & convenient as possible. From having the fastest WiFi in the area, all the way down to the ice maker that makes 50lbs of ice per day. There is also a 19Kwh of solar, equipped with a Tesla battery back up.
BEDROOM LAYOUT:
ROOM 1: King bed with attached en-suite (Upstairs master)
ROOM 2: Two Queens with attached en-suite (Downstairs master)
ROOM 3: Two Fulls (Downstairs front room)
*Two rollaway twin beds are also available.
The home features brand new purple mattresses & pillows for your comfort.
*4 Queen air mattresses available upon request, prior to check-in.*
House Rules
POOL & SPA
-Pool Size: 50ft
-Pool Depth: 7ft at the deep end
-Spa is large enough for 10 people with 10 massage jets
To heat the pool is $150/Day. SPA ONLY only is $40/day. Please let us know ahead of time which days you would like heat as it takes a while to fully heat. An advance notice accompanied by payment is required in order for request to be valid.
*Please utilize the pool cover when the pool is not in use. Thank you*
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.
CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
RESPONSIBLE RENTING:
We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you.
FIREWORKS:
fireworks of all kinds are prohibited at all times in the desert, due to the fire danger. Please ensure not to bring them to the property.

PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please closes umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly.
