Welcome to Rainbow Oasis. If you were to describe your vacation in color, what would it be? Would it be green? Where you are looking to unplug, relax & find your zen? Would it be orange? W What do you envision? Let us know how & we would love to help you curate the vacation you desire.
Rainbow Oasis is the all inclusive home. Singles are welcome, couples are welcome, families are welcome…everyone is! This home is perfect for relaxing, for watching beautiful desert open skies, filled with stars. A luxury you cannot get in the city. It is a quiet community with gorgeous mountain and desert views. If you are looking to rest your body, mind and soul, come on down. This home has strict outdoors rules that are mandated by county and community. Absolutely no speakers at any hour, zero exceptions, only cell phone/laptop level music. Quiet hours are strictly adhered at 10pm, that means, deck area should be silent. For larger groups, we manage ranches and estates on acreages and can accommodate you there. If you chose to be outdoors, noise have to be at minimum. No exceptions and eviction would follow. Please note, we only have 4 parking spots in the driveway and 1 spot by the metal fence. Absolutely no street parking is allowed in the neighborhood.
This mid-century modern new construction home is located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs and has all the amenities. As you enter the home, the first thing you will see is stunning mountain and desert scape views from floor to ceiling windows that run along the entire living, dining and kitchen. At times, it feels like you are outside even though you are inside the house as the natural beauty of the desert is captured well inside this house. Inside, outside living is truly captured well in this home.
BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The home consists of right and left wing. Right wing features a spacious primary room (master) with a king size bed, smart tv and cable. The large en suite consists of a large shower, double vanity, separate toilet and walk-in closet. For those needing extra sleeping room, there is a queen pullout sofa located in the bedroom as well. This zen room has stunning views of the mountains and desert nature.
Two more bedrooms are located in the left wing of the house, giving primary a lot of privacy. The blue room has a queen bed and a queen blow up mattress and extra linens located in the closet. There is a garden view with palm trees and hammock. The orange room is completed with a queen bed, extra blowup mattress and linens in the closet, as well as a reading area. It also has garden views.

House Rules

POOL/SPA:
There is a daily charge of $100/daily for pool to heat to 84 degrees, additional $25 to 86 degrees. For spa only is $35/day. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. If you need pool heated, especially upon your arrival, please let us know in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival, payment has to be made in advance.

PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request or request will NOT BE VALIDATED. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

NOISE:
Riverside County regulations permit moderate music outdoors and quiet hours are after 10pm. During quiet hours, please limit the use of outdoors. Please note, outdoor music is to be played only via cell phone or laptop levels. Please no speakers at all. We have great neighbors that welcome you to the neighborhood, we ask you to respect them and the area around you. Please enjoy responsibly. No exceptions, evictions, loss of deposit and no refunds apply.

PARKING:
We have a 4 car driveway and 1 spot along the front fence, no parking on the street or along the road is allowed in the community. If you are parking the vehicle beside the on the street right, on the gravel, right beside the fence. Please ensure at no time, there is no vehicle encroaching on the road. Please ensure no other cars.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

Since the home is located on the outskirts of Palm Springs city, driving, uber, taxi or lyft would be easiest to get around as all your shopping and amenities will be in the city. There is 4 spots in the driveway and a couple more along side of the house. Palm Springs also has multiple bike rental companies with bike lanes paved all over the city, e-scooters are another fun and healthy alternative way to sight see the city. If catch a ride around downtown Palm Springs in BUZZ trolley around downtown is another fun way to get around.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please closes umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly.
If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.

SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ("Waiver & Release") In utilizing the swimming pool amenities ("pool"), you Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver, And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees And licensees (collectively, "Pool Area Users") might Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities Connected with and associated with the pool. I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool ("Pool Rules"). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users' Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord; 2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State of California. I have read and fully understand the above important information, the potential dangers incidental to using the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose to use the Pool.
