There is something for everyone: arcades, billiards, ping pong, plenty of board games, pickle ball +half basketball court, pool+spa, fire pit for those cooler nights, outdoor kitchen, to attached casita with separate bathroom, kitchenette and coffee bar for those wanting some privacy. Did I mention views? Stunning Mountain views on both sides. Only 15 mins to downtown PS. Located in brand new subdivision, beautiful and safe neighborhood.

House Rules
POOL/ SPA:
*Please keep chlorinator on the spa*
There is a daily charge of $100 for pool and spa heat (pool heating to 84 degrees and spa heating to 104 degrees). For spa only is $35/day. The newly added 15x35 ft pool is saltwater and ready for guest enjoyment! We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. Spa only takes 15 - 20 mins to heat up. If you need pool heated, especially upon your arrival, let me know in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival, payment can be via Airbnb or another form of payment.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.
PETS:
We are pet-friendly. Prior pet approval is required. Please reach out. Pet deposit is $200, $50 goes towards pet's stay for the first pet, $25 thereafter. The rest of the deposit is refunded assuming there are no damages upon check out. Thank you.

- Must clean up any accidents
City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance for Short- Term Rentals:
Music cell phone only before 10pm. It cannot be audible at the property line or front of the house.
After 10pm quiet hours. Please ensure zero music outside and human noise to absolute minimum.
Occupancy of max 10 overnight and additional 5 people in the daytime.
Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions.
If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 10pm charge to the guest.
Please know, we do not micromanage and want you and your group/family have an amazing time and give you full privacy but these have to be observed
